With ~15 years experience in small business and charity management, I’m a highly experienced creative and commercially minded leader overhauling operations to get things running smoothly and setting organisations up for growth.
I previously ran my own marketing agency (OLGA) and more recently I led Open City as COO and then interim CEO. I have been interviewed by UN Women as a leader in action and have been shortlisted for an edie award for Consumer Engagement/Marketing Campaign of the Year.
Having worked across built environment, creative, and heritage industries as well as organisations with a focus on sustainability and equality, I want to continue prioritising high impact projects. My expertise comes from making the most of under-resourced organisations, whether it’s developing business plans, or strategies in operations, marketing, and fundraising.
I can help you work out what you need and how to implement it with the resources you have.

Skills for Greener Places - A review of the UK’s landscape workforce
Project management and marketing lead on major piece of research on the landscape sector. Resulting in the highest response to equivalent research by Metro Dynamics.
The study was commissioned to better understand the current shape and status of the UK’s landscape workforce and inform its future development, in line with drivers of demand in the sector. It has sought to answer the question: Does the UK have the skills and workforce it needs, to achieve its ambitions for people, place, and nature? To tackle climate change in places, to raise biodiversity, to build healthy, prosperous towns and cities – the UK will need a landscape labour market that is fit for the task. The research shows the scale of that challenge.
Project partners included British Association of Landscape Industries, Historic England, Historic Environment Scotland, Locri, Natural England, Natural Resource Wales, NatureScot, and the Northern Ireland Department for Communities.
End-to-end development of immersive video and sustainable tourism campaign for PROWAD - Norfolk Council and the Wadden Sea World Heritage EU funded project.
